I recall back in high school when I would spot sonme student with serious acne problems. You know the ones who were dowsed with the whiteheads, blackheads, and every other kind of blemish in the book. You had to feel bad for them. A few pimples were bad enough; I can't imagine having to deal with dozens. How could you possibly treat all that acne and conceal it from the world?
