Guinea Pig Care, Cages, and Toys



Guinea pigs are cute, sweet, and generally all around adorable. Given proper care, they can live five to seven years, perhaps even longer.
They should be fed romaine lettuce, apples, pears, broccoli, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cucumbers, zucchini, oranges without seeds, as well as timothy
based guinea pig pellets, and timothy hay. Young guinea pigs (four months old and younger) should be fed alfalfa pellets. The reason for this is that very young pigs need calcium, and older pigs don't....
